Trade Show
The Conference Tradeshow displays will be set up in the Atrium at the conference venue during our networking event, allowing for maximum exposure of your booth display to the participants. This is an excellent opportunity to network and promote your products/services to the Northwest Response Forum attendees.
Tradeshow Hours
- Tuesday, April 5th, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Networking Wine & Cheese 5:00 – 9:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, April 6th, 2011 from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Set up: Monday, April 4th between 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. Takedown: Wednesday, April 6th between 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Fees
Your exhibit fees include one 8′ x 10′ exhibit space, one table and one electrical outlet. Combining an exhibitor registration with a conference registration will allow access to the workshops, keynote speakers and allow maximum exposure for your organization.
Exhibiting Fee $250.00
Exhibitor Space with Conference Registration (1 per organization) $350.00

Payment is due upon registration. Cheques must be received within two weeks of registration. Registration fees must be paid prior to the Trade Exhibition. Full refund less a $100 administrative fee will be provided for cancellations received in writing before March 4th, 2011. Cancellations received after March 4th, 2011 will not be eligible for a refund.
